In 2017 & 2019, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recognized Brillient as its Small Business of the Year for superior performance on contract. Also in 2017, our MetaData Automator® tool, developed by the Brillient Innovation Lab and in use on our IRS contract, was an Innovation Award finalist for the Washington Business Journal’s Greater Washington Innovation Awards.

Josh Vo, Managing Member from Koniag

Joshua Vo was born and raised in Alaska and completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration through the University of Alaska Anchorage. Mr. Vo has been with Koniag since 2016 and is the Regulatory Compliance Manager for Koniag Government Services and the General Manager for both Kadiak, LLC and Tuknik Government Services, LLC.

He is passionate about Alaska Native affairs and has been involved with the following Alaska Native organizations: First Alaskans Institute (FAI), the Alaska Native Professional Association (ANPA), Inuit Circumpolar Council – Alaska (ICC), Arctic Council Indigenous Peoples Secretariat (IPS), First Nations Future’s Program; American Indian Science and Engineering (AISES); and the Alaska Native Science and Engineering Program (ANSEP).

Jacqueline "Jackie" Marsteller, Managing Member from Brillient

As Senior Vice President and General Manager for Federal Civil and National Security at Brillient Corporation, Ms. Marsteller focuses on high-quality services, customer satisfaction, and exceptional growth in our current client missions. Jackie has more than 25 years of corporate development, technical leadership, and program management experience, which includes building and leading federal services business units exceeding $600M in contracts and more than 1,100 employees and subcontractors.

Prior to joining Brillient, Jackie was Vice President for Ausley Associates, an engineering, program, and acquisition management firm primarily supporting the Naval Air Command. As an executive management team member, she was responsible for business development, proposal management, information technology, quality, and process engineering. As a Senior Vice President for ECS Federal, Jackie was the civil federal government account executive. Prior to that assignment, she managed IT operations and corporation support functions for the IT Services Division. At Harris Corporation (which purchased Orkand in 2004), Jackie led all program and marketing efforts for the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Labor, Department of Energy, and Department of Interior.

Jackie has a B.S. in Business Administration from George Mason University, an A.S. in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College, and is a Leadership Maryland Graduate, Class of 2016. She is on the Board of Directors of the Patuxent Partnership, and is active in other organizations serving the federal and state government, children, and those in need, when not spending time with her family.
